On May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be introduced throughout the EU. The new regulations replace the Personal Data Act and tighten the requirements for how companies may process your personal data.

We will reply to your complaint as soon as we can and in any event, within 45 days. Information We Collect Automatically.
We automatically collect the following information about your use of our Site or Services through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site. We use this information to enhance your online shopping experience and to enable us to provide you with an easier and more personalized level of service. Type of personal data we collect

When you become a member of the FINDRS network, we collect your e-mail address so you always can restore your DeLights if the phone is lost.

 

Information about your bikes and DeLights

We also store data when you create new bikes and add DeLights to them.

We collect…

  • GPS location of your parked bike
  • GPS location of missing bikes spotted by your phone
  • Battery status on your DeLights
  • Which phone and OS you are using
  • Your unique device ID

 

What we use personal data for

We collect these data on our servers to provide the needed information about:

  • Where your bike has been parked
  • Where other missing bikes has been spotted
  • What the current battery status is

 

  1. General Use.
    In general, Personal Data you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make or to aid us in serving you better. We use your Personal Data in the following ways:
  • facilitate the creation of and secure your Account on our network;
  • identify you as a user in our system;
  • provide improved administration of our Site and Services;
  • provide the Services you request;
  • improve the quality of experience when you interact with our Site and Services;
  • send you a welcome email to verify ownership of the email address provided when your Account was created;
  • send you administrative email notifications, such as security or support and maintenance advisories;

  • The processing lies in both your and Loopia’s interest.

Provision of services

We process personal data to identify you as a customer and to manage and deliver the services you ordered and subscribe to. As well as personal data required to handle billing and payments of the services you use.

We may use personal information from previous communication between you and us in order to provide better assistance.

We use your contact information and information about which services you use as the basis for invoices, newsletters, important information about your services, offers and tips on how to use our services.

We process personal data on how you use our services, and from your communication with us as a basis for improving your experience specifically and our services in general.

To whom do we share personal data

We only share information to other users about missing bikes. Meaning if the unique bike ID will be marked as missing in the network anonymously and all users of the app will automatically help look for the bike.
