Information We Collect Automatically.
We automatically collect the following information about your use of our Site or Services through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site. We use this information to enhance your online shopping experience and to enable us to provide you with an easier and more personalized level of service. Type of personal data we collect
When you make a purchase on our webshop we collect:

- Adresse
- Mobile number (optional)
If you sign up for our newsletter using either using the form on website or during check out.
When you become a member of the FINDRS network, we collect your e-mail address so you always can restore your DeLights if the phone is lost.
Information about your bikes and DeLights
We also store data when you create new bikes and add DeLights to them.

- GPS location of your parked bike
- GPS location of missing bikes spotted by your phone
- Battery status on your DeLights
- Which phone and OS you are using
- Your unique device ID
IF you enable Ride feature
- We record and process GPS data when riding your bike.
What we use personal data for
Webshop)
- Name: So we know who to send the order to
- Adresse: So we know where to send the order to
- Mail: So we can confirm your order, send you delivery details and invoice
- Mobile number: So we can notify when and where you can pick up the package
Newsletter)
We collect your mail so we can send you our newsletter. You can always unsubscribe from our newsletter by using the “Unsubscribe” link in the bottom of the newsletter.
App)
We collect these data on our servers to provide the needed information about:
- Where your bike has been parked
- Where other missing bikes has been spotted
- What the current battery status is
- Where you have been riding with your bike
We keep your personal information until
Webshop)
We are obliged by Danish law to keep all invoice for 5 years due to Danish law. After this all data will be erased.
Newsletter)
Until unsubscription.
After this mail adresse will be deleted in our system.
App)
We keep data as long as you actively use our app or DeLights.
After 3 years with no login we delete your profile. If you wish to manually delete your profile please send mail to support@findrs.net

To whom do we share personal data
We only share information to other users about missing bikes. Meaning if the unique bike ID will be marked as missing in the network anonymously and all users of the app will automatically help look for the bike.
